SBS Breeding Rules
- PAing or "Breeding" model horses is giving your model horse a pedigree. Some people like realistic breeding, and some like strictly model breeding - the choice is the breeders. We prefer realistic breeding within the previous 3 generations.
- This is for model horses - we are not affiliated with any animals or people referenced in these pages. Real animals are denoted with an (r) beside their name. This is for historical or entertainment purposes only.
- We do not participate in IPABRA's real mare registry.
- Please do not use our horses names and or images without our permission.
- Please follow color genetics, and breed requirement rules. Chestnut X Chestnut can not produce a bay, and a gray horse must have one gray parent. If you are uncertain of a color - just ask. I love color genetics and spend hours reading up on the newest genetic studies. We also have pertinate breed information available on the breed's main page. If you have any additional information or links, please let us know!
- Foals must be 4 years younger than dams and 3 years younger than their sire.
- Our horses are aging, but we do allow aging and non aging foals.
- Breedings are free, we will send you a PDF of a certificate. Please be sure to include all of the information requested, and we would love to have a jpg of your model to show in get/produce classes.
- Please limit your request to no more than three breedings at a time. It has just been brought to my attention (June '12) that not all of these requests are getting to my email. I now log on and check my weebly account bi-monthly for new forms. If you haven't heard back from me within a week shoot me an email at [email protected].
This site is for entertainment purposes only. Any real horses mentioned are for historical/entertainment purposes only. We do not own them or have any interaction with them. Real horses are designated with a (r).
